“I’m passionate about helping people achieve their results & have done so for countless clients within several private & public sector gyms, since the early 1980’s. My own achievements include success in “Natural” bodybuilding, winning the overall Scottish Championship (Mr Scotland) in 1995.

If you’ve never been to a gym, or dislike the idea of going to one, you may not need to.
Since I provide all the education & instruction necessary to help you successfully achieve your objectives, all in the privacy of your own home or workplace.

Activity can be general or very specific exercise depending on what your objectives are.
E.g. general health & fitness, fat reduction, muscle tone or strength, flexibility, etc. It would be usual to look at 3 aspects.

  1. Core
  2. Cardio
  3. Conditioning full body or individual muscles

Typically as most of my clients are beginners & have little or no equipment, I use whatever is available or improvise if there is none & plan a programme accordingly. Ideally to keep your costs to a minimum yet work effectively I’d recommend a stability ball, resistance bands, dumbells & maybe a mat. Your programme is monitored & amended as you adapt to the workload.

With detailed demonstration & instruction I’ll not only explain how to achieve your goals, but keep you on the right track with controlled exercise technique & heightened body awareness.
