Nutrition can be a general overview chat or again more detailed for specific results.

Emphasis is made on the importance of drinking plenty of water for good hydration & eating small meals but often, with breakfast being the most of water

One of the best ways of assessing your nutrition is to keep an accurate food diary for a week. Often this can be a real eye opener for the participant too.

I can then assess & give feedback with advice or recommendations for lifestyle improvements. Small changes made over a period of time, allow for an easier transition to what should become your new & improved way of living.
